About BFA

Brain Fit Academy, Inc. is an expanding business working with infant & toddlers, children & teens, and adults & seniors.

BFA, Inc. offers 1:1 services for children and teens. Using the Brain Fit model, we empower children to better understand how their brain works. We use playful, yet purposeful movement-based activities to support organization and success around specific goals. Our model addresses social, physical, emotional and cognitive aspects of a child's life which can lead to challenges such as anxieties, focus, sitting still, feeling stuck in certain subjects, homework challenges, lacking social confidence, and generally being overwhelmed.

BFA, Inc. offers 1:1 services for Infants and toddlers. These little ones can also exhibit stressful behaviors. The root cause of these stresses may be due to blocks in early Primitive Reflex development or emotional blocks experienced or absorbed in utero and first year of life. If you're instinct is kicking in, questioning the nature of your child's stresses, call Brain Fit Academy, Inc. today to discuss how we can unlock these potential blocks in these early stages.

BFA, Inc. offers 1:1 services for Adults and Seniors. We can assist individuals who are looking for a proactive approach to aging and for those experiencing the emotional, cognitive and physical effects of aging, illness or injury. As children are part of a larger family system, BFA also offers 1:1 coaching sessions for parents. These movement-based sessions empower parents to get "unstuck", once again embrace the parenting role, and release the emotional baggage that can come with parenting a child who struggles. Parents leave these sessions much lighter, less reactive, and more confident!
